Come Run With Us! The SoCal Trail Headz is a fun group of trail runners of all ages and abilities. We run trails throughout the Southern California area almost every day of the week. Join us at our next New Member Run or contact Lorraine Gersitz for more information.
Our next New Member Run will be held on Saturday February 27, 2010. We'll meet in Ridge Park in Newport Coast (at the very end of Ridge Park Road) at 7:30 AM and run, jog, or walk 4 - 7 miles from Ridge Park into the Laguna Coast Wilderness and El Moro Canyon. After the run there will be refreshments and a raffle. For directions, click here.
